10 design jokes to brighten your weekend

Took a break from other work today to bring you 10 of my favorite design jokes in one solid post (because we all hate those stupid galleries that reload the entire site every time). Enjoy!

Another typographic joke from https://www.behance.net/gallery/672684/Typography-Joke playing on the names of fonts "Wow, you always have so many fonts,, where do you get them from?" "Oh they come from Monaco, Geneva, Cambria ... I get them delivered at various times throught the day." "By who?" "A Courier!"

"Things aren't always #000000 (black hex code) and #FFFFFF (white hex code)". The earliest date that I can find this image is http://weheartit.com/entry/18709116/via/moddiee_

This appears to come from http://www.spreadshirt.com/what-did-the-0-say-to-the-8-t-shirt-C3376A13879595#/detail/13879595T210A2PC117438304PA330PT17 though it's been changed on this version. "Nice Belt" clever little graphic

Comic Sans walks into a bar. The bartender says "We don't server your type here" Comic sans jokes are so common that it's hardly even funny anymore but, I found this one to be a funny visual in the fact that Rosewood is no better for how it's used here. Who am I to judge though. Seems like this originated from https://www.behance.net/gallery/672684/Typography-Joke

One of the funniest and most relatable for some of us. "Error. The designer you treat like shit has quit unexpectedly. Your company and other employees are not affected. Click Renegotiate to discuss terms for new contract. Click HR to find out how badly you fucked up." The earliest post I can find of this is from http://clientsfromhell.net/post/256104557/via-couch

lol. Adobe doesn't know how to spell Rasta. The site in the corner says that this image is from themavesite.com but, if I'm not mistaken this image appeared online March 18, 2008 at https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiXyrGdmufJAhXCeSYKHXAlB2MQFggdMAA&url=httpwww.ilxor.comILXThreadSelectedControllerServletboardid63threadid1033&usg=AFQjCNFZUuWk_kflVsNkcA5SDBcb9EdBsw&sig2=DCvbBBSukko8Eqr4gGOXFg

Hopefully I got the sources right on those. As always; like, share and subscribe via e-mail or any of the social media buttons above. Have a wonderful weekend and a Merry Christmas!
